Our room had a mini-bar, central heating, and an electronic key card; the breakfast was delicious with a variety of cheese, sweet options, and more; and the staff members were friendly and accommodating.

Good location. - The Fjord Restaurant around the corner is recommended, very good gourmet cuisine.

The location is perfect. Central station and pier are easily accessible on foot. The hotel is located near the pedestrian area (shopping street). The staff is very friendly and helpful and gives competent information.

In the booked room the bed was not in order, i.e. if you sat on it (and laid on it) the upper thin mattress slipped off. The warm meals did not stay warm for long because they were not served hot or kept really warm. (both breakfast and dinner)

Our room was great-sized and well-appointed with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The very pleasant staff helped us during our visit.- We loved this exceptionally comfortable and pleasant hotel and its very central location near the shopping center.

My 3 nights in Oslo were excellent. Its personnel was courteous and welcoming, no complains at all. The breakfast was tasty and very good, the check in was friendly. The location was marvellous for walking around National Museum. I didn't want to say goodbye and would definitely go back.

This hotel offers savoury and tasty breakfasts with sweet and smoked salmon, as example.

Amazing location near major attractions, friendly and professional staff , comfortable rooms with adjustable heating, free coffee and snacks, great WiFi, delicious breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended!

The hotel has compact and nicely furnished rooms with cellar windows and hot breakfast plus the bathroom. The location is good and perfect and the staff is incredibly nice.

Hotel is great and also in order both the rooms and the food. in best situation completely central super situated. is already a little older but well maintained and suitable

The one with the door hanger for cleaning up went wrong. on the first night we didn't hang anything out and the bathroom wasn't cleaned up. on the second night we hung out and it wasn't cleaned up either. we then got the towels ourselves in the reception

The location was excellent - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go, and the city center was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Excellent choice for our 2 days visit to Oslo. Rooms were really nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast and the light evening meal were super. Also location was excellent. Will defenately stay at this hotel next time!

All very nice, coffee and cake as well as tea and water free of charge, underfloor heating in the bathroom

The hotel is wonderful and pleasant, set in a very comfortable classic style building. The service is good and the staff is helpful and extremely friendly. The location is perfect, with the room being new-fashioned with a big bath, bijou bathroom, and a comfortable bed. It is within a 5-minute walk of the bus stop, providing a really enjoyable overall experience.

Good, central location, few minutes walk to Carl Johann. Central car-park conveniently close by. Evening 'buffet' is really only a snack, useful if stuck for a meal, although Oslo is inordinately expensive foodwise, & definitely not value for money in that department.
